Fixed Fee services
 
HR Health Check

We will review of all of your current HR documentation to establish whether it complies with the latest legislation requirements.  If it doesn’t, we will supply you with all the necessary updates to ensure regulatory compliance. We will also let you have any HR documents which may be missing from your paperwork.

New business start-up HR package Want to start out as you mean to go on? We offer a new business start-up package which gives you all the HR documentation you need, including:
- Standard employment contract
- Disciplinary policy and procedure
- Grievance policy and procedure
- Absence policy and procedure
- Holiday policy
Redundancy package The fixed fee includes up to 10 redundancies.
You will be hand-held throughout the entire redundancy process. You will be supplied with all the relevant documentation, letters and on-site support will be provided where necessary.

The fixed fee relates to one employee.

On-site HR support Our HR consultants can provide temporary or more regular on-site HR support to deal with a specific HR project or issue.
Off-site HR support Off-site HR support is very popular with businesses. Advice is given by telephone, email and letter. You will be given the mobile number and email address of a HR consultant whom you can contact for advice whenever you need it. We offer a same day response service.

You can access this service by purchasing 60 minute blocks of HR support.
