Private companies can benefit from the increased flexibility in company administration provided for by the Companies Act 2006.

Companies also need to plan ahead for succession and may wish to take advantage of various exit strategies.

In the event of a sale of business, your company will need to have accurate and available records.

With these issues in mind, Bell & Buxton has developed the Company Health Check.  An experienced solicitor will visit your company premises, review your company's constitutional arrangements, discuss your wishes for your company and provide a written report explaining what steps you ought or may be able to undertake to get your company into good shape for the future.  As part of the Health Check, we will also undertake a search of the company records held at Companies House and review them in the light of the Companies Act 2006.

The cost of the Health Check is £275.00 plus VAT; disbursements are included in the price.
