Property Seminar with UHY Wingfield Slater and ECS Insurance Brokers

Last week, Bell & Buxton held a property seminar in association with UHY Wingfield Slater accountants and ECS Insurance Brokers.  Matthew Rodgers, of Bell & Buxton, spoke at the seminar about how it might be possible to exploit aspects of property ownership/occupancy in order to maximise investment return.  Ben Atha of ECS spoke about the consequences of being underinsured, and Peter Newsam of UHY Wingfield Slater provided some important taxation information.
