Any individual or business can find themselves involved in disputes whether they are customers, suppliers, advisers or with colleagues/staff within an organisation. Dealing with those disputes can tie up valuable management time, damage reputation and commercial relationships as well as involving significant financial outlay.
During the new lockdown we will continue to work remotely wherever possible. However, our offices will be open should it be necessary to visit to deliver documents or to see any of our solicitors. Please make sure that you make an appointment for any visit as we need to limit the number of visitors to our offices at any one time and ensure that they and our staff are safe.
Where possible we will arrange virtual meetings by video conference/telephone with our clients and others when appropriate.
