NOTICE TO CLIENTS
Bell & Buxton LLP wish to ensure the health and safety of all our clients and staff in the wake of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
We urge clients to consider if any face to face meeting at our office is absolutely necessary and if you are concerned about any future appointments, please call us on 0114 2495969 to discuss.
We may be able to offer you a telephone appointment as an alternative and also we are happy to communicate with clients via other alternative means available. In some case, and on a case by case basis, we may be able to visit clients in their home, if this is of assistance.
We are following advice and guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO), the Government and NHS. Further advice can be found at https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/
The UK Governments’ Coronavirus (COVID-19) action plan can be found by visiting https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-action-plan
We are taking precautions to avoid the risk of infection by cleaning the office areas several times throughout the day, such as door handles and keypads, with antibacterial wipes and sprays and not sharing pens or other office equipment before it is cleaned.
To help reduce the risk of contracting Coronavirus and prevent it from spreading, our firm decided and implemented several weeks ago a change to our greeting habits and as such, our staff will not be shaking hands with anyone visiting our site.
We would urge clients coming to site to use the tissues and handsanitiser provided in our reception area when necessary.
At the moment, and subject to further medical guidance, our office remains open for business as usual, but some staff may work from home where possible. We will take note of any future advice given and therefore updates on any changes to the above will be provided as appropriate
