Charlotte is a Solicitor in our Company and Commercial Department.

Charlotte graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2008 with a First Class Honours degree in Law and went onto complete the Legal Practice Course with a Distinction.

Charlotte started her legal career as a Paralegal in 2009, specialising in consumer law and commercial litigation and regularly acted for major household insurers such as AXA and Aviva.  Throughout Charlotte’s role as a Paralegal, Charlotte was well known for attending court hearings on behalf of her clients, from directions hearings, applications and small claims hearings. 

Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in September 2017 and began working in corporate and commercial, assisting with a number of large scale disposals and acquisitions. 

On the commercial side, Charlotte has built up knowledge of drafting bespoke commercial contracts.  Charlotte is also well known for her expertise and advice in the field of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and has a wealth of knowledge surrounding general compliance of GDPR in relation to businesses, such as website cookies, privacy notices, data sharing agreements, and subject access requests.

In her spare time Charlotte is a track cyclist, currently competing at a National Level, Charlotte has five National titles, three National records, and a World record.
